Should have in-depth knowledge of object-oriented PHP programming, understanding of WordPress CMS, and working knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML5, JavaScript, and CSS3.
Conducting analysis of website and application requirements.
Writing back-end code and building efficient PHP modules.
Developing back-end portals with an optimized database.
Troubleshooting application and code issues.
Integrating data storage solutions.
Responding to integration requests from front-end developers.
Finalizing back-end features and testing web applications.
Updating and altering application features to enhance performance.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements:

Technical expertise in WordPress
Technical expertise in PHP, Javascript, JQuery, Bootstrap 4, HTML, CSS.
A person should be very creative with coding and can apply various patterns of solving the problems. Should be good with loops and array in PHP.
Good knowledge in MySQL and other RDBMS
Excellent skills in PHP CORE.
Excellent knowledge of WordPress for building custom CMS options
WordPress development – custom theme development, extending plugins/core with hooks
Should comfortable to work on the development plugins, components, and modules
Knowledge of web services.
Design, develop, test, maintain and support high performance, scalable, innovative web-based applications.
Periodically design and implement custom enhancements as per customer requirements.

Designation – Junior / Senior ASP.Net MVC Developer

Responsibilities –

Develop, Unit test, and deploy custom web applications
Develop, maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code
Performance tuning of database and web application
Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
Gather requirements directly from the client and make a development plan and forecast timeline for completion.
Provide weekly progress report to client / TL
Provide demo of work to client weekly basis
Train, mentor and rescue junior developers when they are facing blockages in development. Do the code review of self and juniors. Help TL with quarterly appraisal feedback of mid developers working with you.
Responsible for developing a high-quality product for the client
Develop the training plan for new technology for junior and mid developers

Essential Skills –

Must have Good English communication skill
Must have clear Concept of OOPS
Must have strong hands-on experience in ASP.Net MVC, C#, Entity Framework, LINQ, Javascript, Ado.net
Must be able to write efficient SQL Stored Procedure
Must be proficient in technical analysis of requirement
Should have ability to manage team of junior and mid developers
Should be polite and resourceful person
Experience in development of web applications
Good to have Experience of Microsoft Azure Deployment
Should have a good understanding of Scrum Framework
Having relevant Microsoft certification on latest technology would be added as advantage

Designation – ASP.Net MVC Developer

Responsibilities –

Analyze the assigned module and prepare a task list, assign easy tasks to juniors and take the challenging tasks by self.
Coordinate with designers for UI/UX design
Develop and review Sprint Acceptance criteria and Test cases with QA
Responsible and answerable to seniors for delivery of work on a weekly basis.
Develop and Unit test code as per sprint requirement
Mentoring and support to junior developers, additionally perform monthly code review of junior developers
Help TL with appraisal review on juniors.
Provide rough estimates about module/tasks to senior developers
Handle 1 or more projects with team of juniors
Promptly reply to client and PM
Implement project structure and class library in visual studio as per architecture
Deployment to staging server

Expert in developing applications for Multiple Devices and Platforms like iOS, Android. Windows, Mac will be an added advantage.
Good Hands on in Mobile Security, Mobile Device Management, Memory Management.
Good hands-on for Integration of 3rd party API’s like Online meeting, GPS, Maps etc.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Bachelor’s/Masters degree or equivalent in Computer Science
Expert in cutting edge technology and frameworks like HTML5, CSS3, Javascript, TypeScript, NativeScript, AngularJS (Any Version), Ionic 3, React JS, React Native , Sencha Touch, Jquery, Node.js, Bootstrap, Objective C, iOs, Android & PhoneGap

Hybrid mobile development skills required as below:

React.js, PhoneGap, Cordova, Ionic framework, JavaScript, HTML 5, JSON & API Integrations.
Excellent knowledge and experience in Hybrid Mobile Apps development.
Minimum 3 years of hands on experience.
Good knowledge of the SQLite database or Postgresql.
Experience using web services (HTTP, REST, SOAP) using JSON.
Strong mobile UI design (multi-screen resolutions), coding, support and maintenance
Must have good communication skills in English
